Starting a conversation with any woman can be quite nerve wracking at times. One form of approach is using pick up lines. So going with this, u approach her unfortunately you decide to follow the advice of your friends and use one of the funny pick up lines they gave you.
You use this line, next thing u know she has walked off laughing at u.
You know you have stuffed it up by choosing the wrong approach.
The problem with using funny pick up lines is they don’t really work well, unless the woman is a little quirky. There are much more natural ways to start a conversation with a woman that takes your eye.
Instead of trying to use funny pick up lines with her, you should think of differant ways to a conversation with a woman. If you can’t think of anything to say, here are four different ways you can safely start a conversation without sounding too cheesy or tacky or chauvinistic:
1) Situational starter-
one example is if you just seen a couple get in a argument and she threw a drink on him, you could approach a woman who saw this happen who found it amusing and make a joke about their “close relationship”, but make sure she shows amusement at the incident first.
2) Complimentary pick up line-
Using corny pick up lines will get your nowhere except deflated, you can still use a compliment to start a conversation with a woman. Most will appreciate this.
Always remember though when complimenting a woman, that it should be on something other than her looks. Maybe it’s the way she’s dancing or how she is dressed. Any compliment, which is thought through properly and maybe even try say it aloud sometime, just to see how it actually comes out and if it sounds natural can be a great way to start talking to a woman.
3) Just act normal-
Just be you, Go up to a woman and introducing yourself, it is a great way to start a conversation. If you can approach her with confidence and not use the gimmicks or smart remarks other guys use, you’ll stand from the crowd by just being you. By being forward and honest, you’ll impress her with your straightforward manner as long as you’re not to sleazy or cocky.
4) Humorous method-
being funny is a great way to meet and attract women. Seduction guru David DeAngelo used this style; this proven method involves approaching a woman in a slightly arrogant manner whilst attempting to make her laugh. The reasoning behind this is to build yourself up as something she wants but that she has to earn and you will be using every opportunity to tease her. It’s a useful technique because you’re not being obvious about picking her up so therefore if something nicer appears u can put your attention that way whilst still keeping the other interested, ensuring at least one good score. All the while you’re just having a conversation where the goal is to make her or both laugh.
Sometimes funny pick up lines may make her laugh, but they’re not a great way to start a conversation with a woman. Instead of using them you should look for better ways to get her attention.
Next time you go out to meet a woman, try use one of these four methods that are described in this article. You will find they’re much more effective then using a corny pick up line.
